Approximately 65 boat slips will be available for lease for all residents and users of the Harbor 31 community. There will also be an in-out boat service in addition to the boat docks – no hauling, loading, or unloading needed. The Harbor 31 Marina will give boaters a unique opportunity to lease a boat dock on Muskegon Lake in a growing downtown community.

One of the most unique features of Harbor 31 is the in-out boat storage including retail boat sales and rentals. Residents of Harbor 31 can access Muskegon Lake as well as Lake Michigan with the convenience of a walkable Marina.
